Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship across the United Kingdom. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery for each item is shown on the product page. Some items are dispatched directly from our suppliers and may take a little longer — we'll always be upfront about timescales.

How much is delivery?
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. We offer free UK delivery on orders over our published threshold.

Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll receive a dispatch email with tracking once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for full details and your statutory rights.

How do I return something?
Email info@maxsixi.co.uk with your order number and we'll guide you through it. Please don't return items before contacting us.

When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
