Your 14-day right to cancel
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, then have a further 14 days to return them. To cancel, email info@maxsixi.co.uk with your order number.
Returns window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags/seals intact.
How to return
- Email info@maxsixi.co.uk with your order number and reason.
- We confirm the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back within 14 days of telling us.
Return shipping costs
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for return postage. We recommend a tracked service. [Edit if you offer free returns.]
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we email to confirm. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days. Refunds include item price and standard outbound delivery; premium/express upgrades are not refunded.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If yours is faulty, damaged or wrong, contact us within 30 days for a full refund, replacement or repair at no cost, including return postage. Please include photos.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons certain items may be non-returnable once opened (e.g. earphones/personal-care) unless faulty. Personalised/made-to-order items are exempt from the standard cancellation right unless faulty.
Dropshipping note
Some items ship directly from suppliers. Always contact info@maxsixi.co.uk first — do not return to the sender address on the parcel.
